3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All prices provided are EXW/FOB/CIF based on negotiation, depending on volume and destination.

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

  • Orders are considered binding once both parties sign a Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice.

  • Payment methods accepted include T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), or other mutually agreed terms.

  • Orders may require advance payment or deposit. Payment terms will be stated in the invoice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability, quantity, and shipping terms.

  • We provide logistics support through major freight forwarders and can assist with documentation (CO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, etc.).

  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality Assurance and Claims

  • All goods undergo quality checks before dispatch. Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) can be arranged at buyer’s cost.

  • Claims for defective or non-conforming goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and supported with photos, reports, or return samples.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a credit, depending on the case.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, product images, descriptions, and website content are the property of flaxseedspro.com and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

  • All commercial communication, pricing, and contract terms shared between the parties are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
